When Kyle Chernetsky joined forces with Kevin Cesario in 2013, the pair established a strong foundation for years of market success in the Carmel and Monterey communities of California. They started in property management launching C&C Property Management, but soon expanded to include first- and second-time home buyers to their network of clients.
