Tracey Velt: I’ve heard from agents who were really surprised that you came to see them or you showed up for them. But, how do you scale that, though? You have 18 ,000 agents right now, even if like a fourth of them wanted you to be there. How do you scale that moving forward as you continue to grow?
Sharran Srivatsaa: I think the answer is not how do you scale me? The answer is how do you not scale me? The not scaling of me is the answer. The standard answer to that would be, how can we get more people so that Sharran doesn’t have to go to these events? So that Sharan doesn’t have to be in more calls. The answer is actually the opposite. How can we get more people or team or resources so that Sharan can do more of these calls?
What we are building now is a bigger support system. So now I get a chance to only do the things that what we call in your zone of genius. Where can I show up and have this impact?
