Real announces the launch of its Real Buyer Playbook, along with an in-depth workshop, educational resources, and more to prepare agents for the new NAR rules.

Today, the Real Brokerage announced the launch of its Real Buyer Playbook—a comprehensive online resource for real estate agents navigating the NAR settlement changes.
Even better, the company is making the Real Buyer Playbook available to the entire real estate industry. Every agent can access and use this website, regardless of their brokerage affiliation.
With August 17th just three days away, the Playbook offers an extensive and user-friendly library of videos, tools, and resources designed specifically to help real estate professionals comply with the new rules and prepare themselves for success.
The website’s launch follows daily Q&A sessions as well as a 90-minute virtual workshop being hosted today by Real President Sharran Srivatsaa.

Along with the new Playbook website, Real will be hosting a series of webinars and educational sessions to assist agents in adapting to the changing rules. And, again, all agents are welcome.
The Real Buyer Playbook website
Agents visiting the Real Buyer Playbook website will find an organized treasure trove of resources for growth-minded professionals, including today’s 90-minute virtual “Future-Proofing Buyer Representation Workshop.” Your host, Srivatsaa, will break down exactly what you need to know to flourish post-NAR settlement.
The workshop streams live at 1 pm ET (10 am PT) and attendees can click the button below to register—or watch the webcast on Real’s YouTube channel.
Other resources include:
- Buyer Agent Navigator—a free, downloadable book that walks you through everything you need to know as an agent to prepare yourself and your business for the changes coming this week. This book serves as a companion to the previously mentioned workshop.
- Client-Facing Resources—a white-labeled (i.e., unbranded) explainer video and one-page flier that detail the NAR settlement changes from a consumer’s perspective. Download these assets and forward these to your clients to educate and assist them in making informed decisions.
Upcoming public events
Starting tomorrow, Real will host a series of public events led by Drew Thompson, head of Real Academy, including:
- NAR Objection Handling and Talk Tracks Workshop—Tomorrow, August 15, Real is hosting a live role play training session to break down the three most crucial and effective strategies in a post-NAR settlement landscape.
- Daily Interactive Training—Next week (the week of August 19), Real will host daily role play sessions and interactive training.
- Real Academy: On the Road—During the months following August 17, Thompson will take Real Academy on the road to provide live training in 10 cities across the U.S.
